MR.KARU (General Manager)

Is responsible for setting operational strategy and provides overall operational
management to operating business divisions or units in the organization. He is also
responsible for the performance of key operational strategy and tactical execution. He
plays an active role in coordinating tenders’ preparation that SEL MARINE participates
in. He has over 15 years of experience in the engineering and marine industry.

CAPT. TANGARAJA (Senior Project Manager)

Received his Master;/Mate Class in year 2001 and has an overall 30
years in the marine industries with various roles from Ship Captain, Pilot and various
management role from General Manager, Technical Manager and etc. He is
responsible for planning, management, coordination, liaising and operation control of
technical issues and staff resources for SEL MARINE.

CAPT. MAHESVAREN (STS Marine Manager)

Received his Master/Mate in year 2008 and has an overall 20
years in Marine industries. His specialist in Marine Technical Consultant, Marine Risk
Assessments Consultant, Subject Matter Expert On Vessel Simulations Center,
Unrestricted Marine Pilot , Professional STS Superintendent with POAC marine
department legally approved and certified. Self- motivated, responsible, self disciplined, well organized and highly committed to any jobs handled. Have a good analytical ability for problem solving and determined to succeed in achieving goals. Besides, He also have good communication skills, leadership and supervision
qualities.

MR. KUMARAISEN (Business Development Manager)

A Mariner & has over 20 years of extensive background and experience in Shipping Operations, Management, Logistics, Project Management, Layup Ship care Operations , Ship to Ship Operations Offshore Support & Port Agency.

He have involved in many Offshore and Projects, well versed with the Malaysian Labor Law, Marine Department, Harbor Master Department , Ministry of Transportation and Hydrographer Department.

Being SEL MARINE Business Development Manager he carries strong industry contacts and client's management with strong stakeholder management and influential skill in managing authorities.

Mr. Chandran (Marketing Manager)

A Resourceful Manager with many years of B2B and Logistics Experience delivering profitable solutions to drive sales, attract and sustain clients and skilled in market positioning, public, media and campaign management.

CAPABILITIES

Sel Marine Sdn Bhd will be a fully IT-enabled, with complete control room facilities that enable to monitor site work progress.

These capabilities allow Navigators Sdn Bhd and its clients to successfully execute any STS Operations,

while providing in depth information on the progress, weather updates and assist

in the planning of STS operations.
